Terre Cevico “Le Rocche” 2023 – Rimini DOC Rebola

The nose is aromatic, fresh, frank and offers a certain tension/ concentration, deepness and a slight power. There are notes of apricot, white flowers and small notes of bright brugnon associated with slight hints of sweet citrus fruits, fresh thyme and slight almost fresh manga hints and crunchy Williams pear. The mouth is fruity, beautifuly mineral and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame, tension, precision as well as a beautiful envelopping and gourmand side. Envelopping and elegant/ gourmand matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy yellow peach, bright pear and small notes of white flowers associated with touches of apricot blossom, mango as well as discreet hints of fresh rosemary in the background. Beautiful salinity and freshness.
