On the nose offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of small ripe red berries, blackcurrant and more slightly red plum associated with small touches of bay laurel, licorice, a discreet hint of spices and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, a tangy frame, minerality, good definition and a fine straightforwardness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fleshy cherry, pulpy / juicy blackcurrant and more slightly of small crushed red berries associated with touches of cherry blossoms, blond tobacco, local grove as well as a discreet hint of pepper and salinity.
