The nose is spicy. It reveals hints of blueberry, star anise and small notes of wild raspberry, associated with touches of smoke, toasted and a hint of small red fruits. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral and offers a tangy frame, minerality, juiciness, a certain gourmandise and a lovely texture. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy cassis and small notes of blueberry, combined with touches of cornflower, chocolate, as well as a hint of blond tobacco, vanilla, toasted almond and chocolate. Good length and minerality. A precise wine with a racy side.
