This wine is clear and shiny. It has a slight rose gold colour. The first nose is aromatic on citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lime. With aeration it is more pronounced. There are also apples and small fruits such as gooseberries. The whole is fresh and tangy. Flowers arrive discreetly like the lemon blossom. It’s charming. The mouth is fresh. The attack is aromatic on citrus fruits like grapefruit. We also feel the texture with a hint of bitterness that appears in the middle of the mouth. We find almond and always lemon blossom. It’s crisp and juicy. The finish develops with a hint of olive oil as well as more exotic fruits such as fresh lychee and mango.
