The nose of this wine is a bit more delicate than those of the previous wines, but refined, with precise and chiselled citrus notes (fresh lemon, dried lemon, dried bitter orange, dried yuzu), a touch of toast, brioche, fresh bread, dried aromatic herbs and a lactic hint of butter.
