Terra Solis Intuition 2023 – Ventoux

(biodynamic, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne) The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The first nose is ripe and gourmand: it expresses notes of yellow peach, apricot, melon, ripe lemon, fresh grapes in the background, as well as flower honey and fresh almond. Then, we find notes of apple blossom, infused lime, a very delicate touch of lavender, wild herbs and saline mineral notes. The palate is silky, gourmand and fruity on the attack. We smell notes of juicy yellow peach, apricot, melon, lemon and yellow pear. In the mid-palate, we find notes of honey with a touch of wax, infused lime blossom, a hint of fresh almond and fennel, as well as a touch of wild herbs and acacia. The finish is gourmand, round and oily, with a supple but fresh acidity.
