The nose is gourmand, elegant, racy and offers power, deepness, finesse as well as a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of cassis cream, crushed redcurrant, small notes of violet associated with touches of Gariguette strawberry, a fine hint of juicy/acidulous blue plum as well as hints of Timut pepper, iris/pistil, bourbon vanilla and discreet hints of spices. The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, precision, freshness as well as gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a small tension and richness (justly controlled). On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy redcurrant, acidulous/juicy plum, small notes of juicy/fresh blackberry associated with touches of crunchy gariguette strawberry, violet, lily, tonka bean, cocoa as well as fine hints of cardamom, vanilla pod, toasted hazelnut, almond and a very discreet hint of brioche. Good length. Tannins are precise, slightly firm and offer a certain power. A finely powdered finish.
