The nose reveals notes of blackberry and fine notes of wild fruits associated with hints of cherry jam and a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, fine, suave, gourmande, unctuous, well-balanced, nicely round and offers a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of Boysenberry jam, cassis and slight notes of red fruit jam combined with hints of caramelized wood, toasted hints and a discreet note of chocolate. Tannins are fine and a bit dry (over-extraction). Good length.
