Teperberg – Cabernet Franc 2013 – Legacy – Israël

The nose is fruity, powerful and finely gourmand. It reveals notes of plum jam, sour cherry and blueberry associated with slight / discreet notes of wild red berries, chocolate as well as slight notes of black tea, Bourbon vanilla and a very discreet hint flowers. The mouth is fruity, mineral, elegant, nicely built, round, fat, relatively gourmande and offers a nice matter, tension, a good minerality and a nice definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy raspberry, strawberry and fine notes of plum associated with touches of dark chocolate, toasted wood as well as a discreet hint of caramel and black tea.
