The nose is gourmand, fresh and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of tangerine, dried zest and small notes of kumquat combined with a touch of fresh/tangy persimmon, vine peach, slight hints of peach blossom as well as a discreet hint of spices and sage. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, roundness as well as a beautiful fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed kumquat, orangette and small notes of juicy mirabelle plum associated with touches of orange blossom as well as fine hints of beeswax, a subtle hint of brown butter and a discreet hint of anise and a discreet grilled hint. A subtle hint of toasted hazelnut on the finish/persistence.
