The nose is smoky, spicy, fresh and offers a certain deepness in its freshness as well as a beautiful fresh grove side. It reveals notes of quince, fresh grove and small notes of small pulpy/ripe fruits associated with a hint of sage and almost discreetly toasted almond. The palate is mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers suavity, a fine roundness, precision, finesse, a beautiful energy as well as a controlled side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of sage, quince, small crushed white fruits associated with fine herbaceous hints/aromatic herbs, small fruits, olive leaf as well as a fine hint of orange zest. Good length. A nice smoky-salty-toasted side.
