The nose is fruity, powerful, racy and offers a beautiful grain as well as a beautiful juiciness. It reveals notes of black cherry, ripe blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry, ripe redcurrant associated with a touch of blueberry, small and local violet flowers, a very discreet hint of hazelnut (in the background) and sense of the place. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, precision, tension, a good definition as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy/ripe blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with a touch of juicy/ripe blueberry as well as subtle hints of small red berries, violet/small local flowers, very discreet hints of spices as well as an imperceptible hint of tonka bean (in the background), tea and tobacco. Tannins are elegant. Good length.
