The nose is peppery, fresh and marked by Cabernet Sauvignon. It reveals notes of fresh green pepper, flowers (an almost varietal/floral side) and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with a touch of fresh/juicy blackberry, cornflower, tobacco and a subtle hint of smoke. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, mineral and offers a varietal side, an acidulous frame as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, fresh/pulpy raspberry and small notes of flowers associated with fine sappy touches as well as fine hints of fresh green pepper, chocolate and toasted hazelnut. Good length. A slightly mellowness on the finish/persistence. The finish is tangy.
