The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose expresses notes of lemon zest, ripe grapes, apple blossom, acacia blossom, pineapple and a very light touch of honey. On the palate, the wine expresses flavors of fresh grapes, pineapple, apricot, apricot blossom and acacia. The acidity is supple, but fresh enough to balance sweet flavors. The mousse is fine and delicate. The finish is pleasant, very fruity and sweet, but balanced by the freshness of slightly herbaceous notes and good acidity.
