The nose is fruity and slightly mineral. It reveals notes of candied citrus and green lemon zests associated with slight hints of green apple, flat peach, flowers as well as a subtle hint of pineapple in syrup (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers fat, a certain finesse, precision, a slight unctuosity as well as a slight acid frame/citrus. The beautiful effervescence is fine, fresh and elegant. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of green lemon and candied lemon associated with small touches of candied vine peach and a subtle hint of kumquat/yellow fruits. Good length.
