The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis jam and slight notes of small red fruits associated with hints of spice, Sichuan pepper, toasted hints / vanilla (very discreet) and a hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, fine, fluid, suave, well-balanced and offers fat as well as a fine minerality (frame). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry, crushed redcurrants and slight notes of blackberry, blueberry associated with touches of toasted wood, caramelization as well as small notes of cocoa. Tannins are fine and a bit dry (over-extraction). Good length and persistence with notes of grilled cocoa.
