The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a fine depthness as well as gourmandise. The wine needs to be in carafe. It reveals notes of wild strawberries, wild berries and ripe black berries combined with discreet hints of blackberry, cassis, chocolate, sweet spices, Sichuan pepper and a very discreet hint of garrigue as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers / thyme. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, freshness, a fine acid frame, a small freshness, a beautiful suavity / softness, tension as well as a slightly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild strawberry, ripe / wild red berries and small touches of Bigarreau cherry, ripe / fleshy black berries combined with hints of olive, sweet spices, toasted hints, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and garrigue. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length.
