The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and offers minerality. It reveals notes of juicy / fresh white peach and fresh yellow fruits / quince combined with touches of mirabelle plum, citrus (lemon, tangerine), slight touches of flowers and discreet iodine hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, precision, a fine grain, a fine fat, a good definition, suavity as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy peach, fresh citrus (kumquat …) and small notes of white flowers associated with slight hints if zest as well as discreet hints of lemon zest, white flowers (lemon, jasmine, mandarin), anise and very fine iodine hints.
