The nose is aromatic, structured, finely powerful and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of cassis, wild berries and garrigue combined with fine notes of wild strawberry, cherry as well as hints of flowers, licorice, black olive and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine / discreet acidity (in the background), suavity, a good structure, fat, a good definition as well as a nice guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / ripe blackberry, fleshy cassis and fine notes of raspberry, ripe / juicy red berries associated with a touch of tobacco, cedar wood, zan as well as subtle toasted touches and an imperceptible touch of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are structuring and racy. Good length.
