The nose is fruity, aromatic, finely concentrated and offers gourmandise. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, wild berries and plum jam associated with fine notes of red fruits as well as touches of zan, black olive, tobacco, dark chocolate, wood / sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely powerful and offers a nice juicy frame, a fine minerality, a fine tension, fat, a good definition, freshness and complexity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, jammy blueberry and fine notes of blackberry, black cherry, ripe small red fruits associated with touches of chocolate, vanilla, cardamom as well as an imperceptible touch of toasted almond and toasted oak. Tannins are fine and discreetly dry. Good length. The finish is relatively gourmande.
