The nose is fruity, mineral, elegant and offers good definition, a certain intensity as well as depth. It reveals notes of pulpy boysenberry, crushed blue berries and small notes of vanilla associated with fine hints of star anise as well as fine hints of blueberry, a hint of smoke and a discreet almost tea hint. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, an acidulous frame, good definition, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a certain concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blueberry, bright blackberry and small notes of roasted raspberry associated with touches of cornflower as well as fine hints of toast and star anise. Nice finish/persistence.
