The nose is fruity and offers a certain aromatic complexity, a small intensity as well as a slight power. It reveals notes of kumquat and small notes of quince associated with small touches of pulpy small yellow fruits as well as slight hints of rose and a very discreet hint almost fresh garrigue (in the background). The palate is fruity, precise and offers juiciness, suavity, a beautiful fat, an acid structure, a certain richness as well as a slight intensity/straightness. Beautiful minerality and freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, kumquat and small notes of mango associated with touches of dried orange as well as a subtle hint almost honeyed and sage / sense of place (local biotop). Subtle
almost tannic hint on the finish/persistence. Good work on the good bitterness. A discreet floral side in the background.
