The nose is aromatic, complex, nicely racy and offers elegance. Beautiful maturity of the fruit. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, Cubeb pepper and small notes of pulpy/ripe Bigarreau cherry associated with touches of crushed redcurrants, an almost roasted hint, lily as well as hints of balsamic, a sense of instead (local biotop ), a subtle hint of pepper and a very discreet hint of aromatic herbs (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine unctuosity in freshness, juiciness, a small density as well as a beautiful energy and acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy Bigarreau cherry, crushed blackcurrant and small notes of roasted redcurrants associated with a fine touch of plum, chocolate, star anise as well as hints of sense of place (local biotop), sage and a subtle hint of nutmeg. Tannins are supple, elegant and sapid. A discreet and elegant iodized side in the background. A racy and elegant wine, congratulations!
