The nose is elegant, precise, racy and offers a melodious side and a lovely textured. There are notes of pulpy yellow peach, crushed yellow apple and small notes of brioche/butter, associated with touches of small crushed fruits, a hint of sweet tobacco, as well as a subtle hint of sense of the place (local biotop). The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, fresh and presents lovely definition, a certain gourmandise, precision and suppleness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apricot, crunchy yellow brugnon and small notes of bright physalis, combined with fine touches of pineapple, as well as a hint of apple blossom. Good length. The tannins are precise, sapid and finely sappy. A tannic side on the finish/persistence.
