The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is a bit shy. The wine expresses notes of crisp yellow plum, fresh apricot, green pear and light notes of honeysuckle with a fine hint of lemon juice. On the palate, we find the sweetness of mirabelle plum, candied yellow plums, grape jelly and peach in syrup. On the finish, there is sweet mirabelle plum, balanced by lemony acidity. The foam is voluminous, with fine bubbles. The wine is airy, with lightness and sweetness, balanced by a certain freshness.
