The nose is marked by local biotop and spices. It expresses notes of local garrigue, fresh pepper and, more slightly, wild berries as well as a subtle hint of clove. The palate is fruity, precise and offers juiciness, suavity, a certain purity and brightness in its pulpy, tangy frame. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet and, more slightly, thyme associated with touches of tangy/pulpy red berries, fresh balsamic as well as fine hints of vanilla and sage in the background. The tannins are sapid, saline and supple. A slight hint of chocolate on the finish/persistence.
