The nose is beautifuly conducted, fruity and offers a beautiful texure. There are notes of quinte, yellow peach and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with touches of nutmeg, spices, a very discreet hint of sense of place (local biotop) as well as a discreet hint almost pineapple and taosted almond. A imperceptible influence of aromatic herbs in the background. The mouth is beautifuly juicy, bright, gourmand, beautifuly defined and offers minerality as well as a crystalline side of the fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bright quinte, pineapple and small notes of ripe/ juicy apricot associated with touches of bright mirabelle plum as well as almost rosemary hints in the background. Good length. A subtle almost tannic and saline hint in the background. An imperceptible hint of beeswax.
