The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful brillance, a melodious, captivating side, precision as well as a certain complexity. There are notes of bright blackberry and bright redcurrant associated with touches of crushed cherry, slight touches of cherry blossom, crushed small fruits, a subtle fresh balsamic hint as well as a delicate hint of nutmeg and a very discreet hint of laurel. The mouth is beautifuly juicy, fruity, fresh, mineral, gourmand, beautifuly delicate as well as aerial in its pulpiness/ in its brightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, crushed redcurrant and small notes of badian associated with touches of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, a subtle almost fresh fig hint as well as discreet hints of vanilla, sweet blond tobacco and a very discreet hint of sweet spices. Beautiful chewiness and sapidity on the finish/ persistence. A subtle hint of tonka bean. Very discreet stretched and acidulous persistence.
