The nose is fruity and offers a precise, quite intense grain as well as a spicy and peppery side. There are notes of boysenberry, concentrated morello cherry and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of flowers, cherry, Zan, balsamic as well as slight hints of sweet spices, a discreet hint of graphite and a very discreet hint of pepper. A subtle hint of local scrubland/ oregano/ rosemary in the background. The mouth is beautifuly juicy and offers a beautiful brightness and pulpiness of the fruit, a beautiful definition/ purity of the fruit, tension, a beautiful structure, a certain minerality, gourmandise as well as sapidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, pulpy/ bright small red fruits associated with touches of fresh/ bright purple plum, balsamic, oregano as well as a subtle thyme-lemon hint, fresh/ juicy wild small fruits, a discreet hint of fresh tabaco, fresh spices, a subtle hint of toasted almond and an imperceptible almost black olive hint in the background. Precision, finesse. Beautiful and elegant structure.
