Beautiful, fruity, fresh and crispy nose that offers a hint of pepper. It reveals notes of pomegranate, blackberry, and small notes of ripe/fresh small fruits combined with fine touches of fresh red plum, a hint of fig as well as a discreet hint of blood orange, red pepper, and fresh spices. The palate is beautifully structured, fresh, elegant, gourmand and offers a tangy structure, tension, precision, straightness full of elegance as well as a beautiful balance and finesse in its definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy red plum, fresh/juicy cherry and small notes of pomegranate associated with touches of bright grape, a hint of fresh fig, fine almost blood orange hints as well as a subtle hint of flowers, cinnamon and toast. Good length. A nice and easy-drinking wine. Great food and wine pairing possibilities.
