The nose is powerful, elegant, very slightly tight and offers a small power. It reveals notes of dried strawberry, dried cassis, flowers and small notes of ripe citrus, dried fruits associated with hints of gray pepper, racy minerality / schist, honey as well as very discreet hints of oak and an imperceptible hint of coffee / hazelnut. The palate is fruity, beautifully balanced and offers juiciness, a beautiful finesse, an acidulous frame as well as a beautiful fat. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of dried raspberry and dried strawberry combined with touches of blackberry, candied orange, candied lemon as well as a very discreet hint of cedar, pâtisseries / caramelization, an imperceptible hint of cigar and hazelnut. Good length and beautiful persistence.
