The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, crunchiness, energy, a good definition, fine fat and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, dried mandarin and small notes of orangette associated with touches of kumquat as well as fine hints of yellow flowers, lilac, a subtle hint of apricot, beeswax as well as a discreet hint of grove and nutmeg. A subtle hint of tannins as in the aromatic way as in its structure on the finish/persistence. A beautiful persistence with a finepower. Good length.
