The nose is flowery, fresh and offers elegance, a fine richness and a small stretched side. It reveals notes of ripe boysenberry, small wild black berries and small notes of bright cassis associated with small touches of wild raspberry, slight hints of local grove, oleander, a discreet hint of pepper (in the background) and bergamot/anise. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/fresh frame, a good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of creamy redcurrant associated with small touches of plum blossom, oleander as well as slight hints of local grove, chocolate, toasted hazelnut, almond and good bitterness (in the background).
