The nose is mineral and offers a fine freshness. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, ripe/fresh raspberry and small notes of Bigarreau cherry associated with fine touches of tonka bean, tobacco as well as a very discreet hint of zan and an imperceptible hint of laurel.The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral/juicy frame, a good definition, precision as well as a fine gourmandize/unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, juicy/fleshy blackberry and small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with a touch of laurel, flowers as well as a very discreet hint of terroir/sense of the place. Tannins are precise, structuring and slightly firm. Good length.
