The nose offers precision, a certain power in mastery and in elegance. There are notes of fresh spices, dry wax and small notes of mountain flowers, aromatic herbs (ricola) associated with touches of toasted almond, fresh hazelnut associated with slight hints of ripe lemon and a subtle hint os sense of place (local biotop). The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, tension in precision, suppleness, beautiful finesse in its roundness as well as a discreet tight/ tracing character. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of beeswax, physalis and small notes of dried yellow berries associated with slight hints of dried yellow apple, fine floral/ verbena hints as well as subtle hints of orange blossom and discreet hints of cinnamon. Beautiful length and delicacy. Beautiful iodine/ salinity on the finish and a subtle tannic hint (both in its aroma and its structure)
