The nose is fruity/aromatic, fine, concentrated and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of confit lemon and confit pineapple assoicated with a discreet hint of multi-flower honey, flowers (white flowers, peach flowers) as well as a subtle hint of candied peach, a very discreet hint of oak/nutmeg (in the background) and an imeprceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, nicely balanced (thanks to the acidity and the freshness), fine, mineral and offers concentration as well as a certain complexity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of madarin paste, candied lemon and a discreet hint of confit clementine zests, pineapple in syrup associated with a hint of honey, dried apricot as well as a very discreet hint of flowers, nutmeg/fresh almond and spices on the finish. Good length and persistence.
