The nose is fruity and offers a fine delicacy / richness. It reveals notes of ripe white fruit, ripe lemon and small notes of quince associated with discreet hints of beeswax / sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of chestnut. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, racy, very discreetly tight, elegant and offers gourmandise, precision, tension, a fine grain, fat, a beautiful juiciness, minerality as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / fleshy lemon, fleshy / ripe brugnon and small notes of fleshy / ripe pear combined with slight touches of juicy / ripe kumquat, slight hints of green apple, exotic fruits as well as subtle hints of white flowers and racy minerality. Good length. There are very discreet hints of vanilla / toasted on the finish / persistence. A gourmand wine.
