The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine, nicely built and offers a beautiful juicy / fresh frame, minerality, a nice acidity, a beautiful elegance, a beautiful delicacy, suavity, gourmandise, precision, a small unctuousity, a fine tension as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed peach, quince, brioche and small notes of juicy grapes, quenette associated with a hint of lemon, orange zest and subtle touches of almond and beewax. Good length. There are a touch of vanilla and a touch of butter on the finish/aftertaste.
