Sweet Bordeaux By Château Fayau 

The nose is fruity and offers a small tension, a fine incisive side. It reveals notes of lemon, candied yuzu, small notes of candied Mirabelle associated with touches of small syrupy fruits as well as fine hints of crunchy peach, a discreet hint of white flowers and verbena. The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a good definition, energy, tension and a beautiful mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, quince, small notes of juicy/fleshy peach, bright Mirabelle associated with touches of crunchy apple as well as fine hints of apple flowers, flint and a subtle hint of verbena. Good length.
