The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is tangy, fruity and expresses notes of raspberry, tangy red cherry, crushed blueberry, as well as smoke, toast and licorice. After aeration, we find chocolate and vanilla aromas. The palate is warm, juicy, slightly roasted, but remains fresh and gourmand. In mouth this wine expresses notes of red cherry, morello cherry, crushed blueberry, wild strawberry associated with chocolate, vanilla and licorice notes, as well as hints of white pepper and toast (in the background). Tannins are velvety, fine and mellow. Good bitterness on the persistence. Good length and supple (but fresh) acidity.
