The nose is fresh, mineral, racy and offers a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of apple, peach and a touch of flint combined with touches of mirabelle plum as well as slight hints of fresh kumquat and discreet hints of nutmeg. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, precise and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandise, tension, a small fat as well as a beautiful racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crunchy / juicy vine peach and small notes of juicy Granny Smith apple combined with fine touches of crushed mirabelle plum as well as slight hints of honey, nutmeg and sweet spices. Good length. Good persistence.
