Stella Solare 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a lovely fruit/richness of the palette. There are notes of bright kumquat, pulpy yellow plum and small notes of small juicy/bright yellow fruits, associated with touches of pineapple, fine hints of fresh/crunchy peach, as well as fine hints of almost verbena/ sage and fresh hazelnut. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and offers energy, gourmandise, purity, a nice fatness in finesse/delicacy as well as roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy kumquat, brilliant yellow plum and small notes of juicy apricot, combined with touches of ripe/sweet citrus, fine hints of ripe pineapple, brioche, as well as a subtle hint of toasted almond. Lovely tannic character in the structure and aromatic on the finish.
