The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition of the fruit. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of bright small fruits associated with touches of cornflower, liquorice stick and a discreet hint of sage. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, tension, pulpiness as well as matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cherry, bright cassis and small notes of crushed small red fruits associated with touches of flowers, violet as well as slight almost blood orange hints in the background. Supple, sapid and gourmand tannins. Good length and persistence. An atypical style for the region but beautifully made. A subtle almost oxidative hint in the background
