Staglin – Salus 2021, Cabernet Sauvignon – Napa Valley

The nose is elegant, precise, pure and gourmand. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy plum and small notes of small brilliant fruits, as well as discreet hints of zan, small crushed blue fruits and a subtle hint of sense of the place. The palate is fruity, racy, well-built, mineral, fresh, balanced and offers a tangy frame, precision and tension. In mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, fresh blueberry and small notes of flowers, associated with touches of small bright, brilliant fruits. Good length, definition and gourmandise. Tannins are mellow and tasty.
