The nose is fresh, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize and a small richness. It reveals notes of juicy/Fresh Mirabelle plum, juicy/Fresh quince, small notes of pear associated with small touches of small crushed yellow fruits as well as small hints of butter, toasted and a subtle hint of flowers. The palate is fresh, juicy, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, tension, precision as well as a fine/acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous mirabelle plum, juicy quince, small notes of lemon associated with small touches of juicy lemon, juicy/fleshy pear, peach as well as fine hints of lychee/quenette, butter and vanilla. A beautiful persistence.
