The nose is elegant, fruity, gourmand and offers good definition, accuracy and precision. It reveals notes of small pulpy blue fruits, crushed raspberry, as well as fine hints of crushed strawberry, star anise, a subtle hint of roasting, small crushed blue fruits and a subtle hint of sweet pepper. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, airy and offers good definition, gourmandise, precision and tension. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blueberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of small juicy/fresh fruits, associated with touches of bourbon vanilla, toast, Madagascar pepper as well as a hint of infusion. Gourmandise. Gourmand, finely chalky tannins. Gourmandise and airy. Good persistence. Good length. A hint of salinity and delicate tannins.
