The nose is aromatic with apple cider notes. The second nose is fresh, mineral with a hint of honey. The mouth is fresh with a nice acidity and apple notes. We do have a little bit also of plum. There is a little astringency at the end. The acidity is salivating and salty. The finish is quite long with apple juice.
