The palate is expressive, with notes of sweet apples and pears, as well as some salty and malty nuances, a lot of structure and richness, hops bitterness, completely dry character, balanced, creamy acidity, rich body. The finish is pleasantly fruity, aromatic, reminding of a creamy stout.
