The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of blueberry and blackberry jam associated with hints of figs, small notes of spices, Sichuan pepper, a fine note of tobacco, graphite as well as a fine / discreet touch of bell peper/herbs. The palate is fruity, fluid, sleek, well-balanced and offers fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis cream and fine touches of black cherry associated with a hint of fig, a discreet hint of crushed strawberry, raspberry as well as small notes of spice. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length.
