The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of kumquat, ripe peach and small notes of apricot associated with small touches of crystallized tangerine, quenette as well as slight touches of apple (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, “perlante” (discreetly sparkling sensation) and offers a good definition, freshness, tension as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / sweet kumquat, ripe quince and small notes of peach, exotic fruits, quenette associated with touches of crushed lemon, crystallized tangerine as well as slight hints of sweet pineapple. Good length. There is a hint of yuzu zest on the persistence.
